A system that short-cycles or won't kick on isn't a guessing game for us.
No overtime surcharges, no runaround.
The exact hour your system fails is never convenient — it's usually the hottest afternoon or the coldest night of the month, which is exactly why hvac repair calls in Ramer, TN get treated with urgency, not a next-available-Tuesday slot.
AAA Pro HVAC built its HVAC repair process around one idea: diagnose first, quote honestly, fix it right.
We're licensed, insured, and staffed with techs who've spent years specifically on HVAC repair, not general handyman work with an HVAC certificate bolted on.
Every technician we dispatch holds state HVAC licensing and carries EPA 608 certification for refrigerant handling.
We stage trucks throughout Ramer, TN so a tech is rarely more than an hour out.
Our pricing book covers parts and labor together so the number you approve is the number you pay.
We diagnose electrical faults with real meters, not guesswork, which is why most repairs hold long-term.
From the first symptom to the final fix, these are the specific HVAC repair services our Ramer-area crews are equipped for.
We test start capacitors and windings before recommending a full swap, since not every hard-start symptom means a new compressor. Techs handling compressor diagnostics & replacement carry the specific parts and tools this job calls for, not a generic kit.
Weak run capacitors are one of the most common reasons a system won't hold a cycle. This is one of the most requested HVAC repair calls we get across Ramer, TN.
Electronic leak detectors and UV dye trace a slow leak back to the coil, line set, or schrader valve. Techs handling refrigerant leak detection carry the specific parts and tools this job calls for, not a generic kit.
A blower that hums but doesn't spin, or one that's pulling excess amperage, gets tested under load, not just visually inspected. This is one of the most requested HVAC repair calls we get across Ramer, TN.
Modern systems throw fault codes for a reason — we read them, cross-reference the manufacturer's service chart, and confirm the fault before replacing a board. This is one of the most requested HVAC repair calls we get across Ramer, TN.
Short cycling, systems that won't call for heat or cool, or a blank thermostat screen often trace back to a wiring fault rather than the unit itself. Techs handling thermostat & wiring troubleshooting carry the specific parts and tools this job calls for, not a generic kit.
We ask a few diagnostic questions up front so the tech arrives with likely parts already on the truck.
We text an arrival window so you're not waiting around all afternoon.
Full diagnostic pass — electrical, refrigerant, airflow — before a single number gets quoted.
Most repairs finish same-visit with parts carried on the truck.
Compressor wouldn't kick on during a heat wave and the tech had it diagnosed — bad start capacitor — inside twenty minutes.
System was short-cycling every few minutes and two other companies just wanted to sell me a new unit.
They swapped it same day and explained exactly what the amp readings meant.
Board threw an error code neither I nor the last technician could explain.
Sudden shutdowns usually trace to a tripped capacitor, a blown fuse, or a safety switch doing its job — a technician can isolate the cause during the first visit.
We'll give you an honest read on remaining lifespan and repair cost versus a new install quote, not a sales pitch either direction.
Our vans stock the capacitors, contactors, igniters, and control boards behind most common failures.
Call dispatch directly for a live estimate on arrival time.
